Ingredients
1 lb (450 g)
whole-grain penne
3 cups
cherry tomatoes, chopped
3 tbsp
extra-virgin olive oil
14 cup
dry white wine
12 cup

large basil leaves, chopped
1 tbsp
Minced GarlicMinced Garlic
1 tsp

Parmesan cheese

crushed chilies, or to taste

Preparation
  1. In Multipurpose Pot, cook penne according to package directions.
  2. In a frying pan or Wok over high heat, add tomatoes, oil, wine, Bouillon, basil, Minced Garlic, sugar and crushed chilies, and cook until boiling. Reduce heat to medium-low and simmer approximately 10 minutes.
  3. Add pasta to sauce, toss, sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and toss again. Serve immediately.
Tips

Double the recipe and freeze half for an easy meal next week.

Serve with seasonal greens and your favourite Epicure's Dressing.
